The artful playing of singing bowls:

This is a Level 3 immersion in the healing power of sound, which delves into yet another layer of sound work - using tuned sets for chakra balancing and opening. It’s quite something to experience the cocoon of vibration that a set can create - a field of healing that allows participants to deeply nourish and relax, and sound practitioners to hone skills of intuition and listening. Several gorgeous tuned sets have arrived from Nepal, and are excited to be awakened by YOU and your unique relationship with sound.

We will also be deepening our practice of sound massage and intuitive flow, as well as learn about the uses of bells & tingchaws. Level 1 is a pre-requisite; Level 2 is recommended. Bowls will be available for practice and purchase.
